45-degree bearing edge

Configuration:
16" x 14" bass drum
10" x 7" tom with auxiliary clamp
13" x 13" floor tom
14" x 5" matching snare drum

Our Price: €399

With a setup that’s compact enough for an apartment, cab and a coffeehouse, Breakbeats by Ludwig are an ideal companion for the gigging, urban percussionist. Co-created by a master of modern groove, Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson, this 4-piece kit was designed to be "break-able" for a gritty, raw downbeat.

Positioned on an included lift for optimum reach, Breakbeat's 16" x 14" bass drum, 13" x 13" floor tom, and 10" x 7" tom not only fit into tight places, but also break down quickly and easily. The driving force behind this shell pack is a 14" x 5" matching wood snare drum. The combination of this 16" kick and 14" snare produces the punchy, dry and "breakable" backbeat that is Questlove's signature.

This shell pack also includes velvet storage bags for a convenient transport option. Additionally, you can use the bags to reduce volume by draping each bag over each drum.

Cymbals and hardware sold separately.

For a limited time only, when you buy the Ludwig Breakbeats Kit, get the matching hardware pack for only
€199 (RRP €249)

See in store for details of our cymbals and packs.

Ryan Sheridan's fantastic new video featuring the Mayson MS7/SCE2

Earlier this week the incredible Ryan Sheridan released the touching video to his song 'Home'. The song itself is all about what people miss when away from home, and the video features an array of people holding signs which show what they miss most about home- with some familiar faces! It is a beautiful and catchy song, so if you haven't seen it yet, have a look!

Do you like the guitar? We think it sounds great, and lets face it- it looks fantastic too! Ryan's new song is the perfect example of how well Mayson guitars sound in action.

The Mayson MS7/SCE2 benefits from the solid big leaf flamed maple used for its back and sides, and features a solid European Engelmann Spruce or cedar top. It boasts a bright sound with a lot of projection and its renowned sustain will inspire both the musician audience alike. The MS7/SCE2 also has an ebony fingerboard and bridge, with an elegant dragon fly inlaid at the 12th fret. The neck itself is a beautiful mahogany. Bronze 372-AS machine heads add another professional touch to the guitar The model shown on the left is the cutaway model that Ryan is using in the video. It is fitted with LR Baggs Anthem electronics as standard, and looks great it Mayson's MCM-30 deluxe hard case. It comes from a wide range of Mayson guitars that we stock here in Everest Music. Why not call in and see what all the fuss is about? You will not regret trying a Mayson! This particular model costs €1625.

**JUST IN** Mayson M3/0

Another of Ryan's Mayson guitars is the MS3/OCE2 (right)- a beautiful, slightly darker sounding, all solid guitar which is specially designed using solid ovangkol for top, back and sides. The gloss finish and bronzed machine heads contribute to the elegant appearance. The neck and bridge are both ebony. This is available €1299. A similar model that we have available is the M3/O (left). It is a solid top version, without the cutaway and electronics. We have just got the Mayson M3/0 in stock for the amazing price of €389. The M3/0 has the same great features as Ryan's MS3/OCE2. That's a solid top professional guitar for just €389! This guitar has to be heard to be believed, so check it out in store today! For now, here's a demonstration.

Ryan's song 'Home' features in 'Mrs. Brown's Boys: D'Movie', and is available to download on iTunes here.

Check out Ryan's Facebook page to keep up to date, and don't forget to like Everest Music on Facebook too!

Call in to Everest Music Bray to view and play the Mayson Guitar range, and for the best deals.

Everest Music are Delighted to Announce this years Music Camp

Our Music Camps will be running through the month of July at one week courses, Monday - Friday 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Music Camp 2014 provides an excellent opportunity for young musicians, aged 8-16, to play together as a band, and to develop a good understanding of how to work together in a musical environment. After a week of creative skill-building and rehearsal throughout the week, we invite your family and friends to a final concert performed on the Friday of each week.

Why not join our own Everest School of Music teachers Kevin, James and Dan for a week of fun and learning through the medium of music? Our camps at the School of Music are held in a safe and secure environment. All of our teachers are Garda Vetted.

We take pride in providing an enjoyable and productive atmosphere for learning at a reasonable price.
